William C. McGinnis

Mr. McGinnis is President and CEO of NTS and is also a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for planning, organization, budgeting, and directing all management and operational activities for NTS and all its subsidiaries. He establishes overall strategic initiatives and growth goals for the company, as well as managing M&A and Investor Relations activities. Mr. McGinnis is a focused and decisive leader with a solid track record of optimizing revenue, profit and competitive edge. Mr. McGinnis began his career with NTS as a Senior Dynamics Test Engineer. Other positions held throughout his tenure at NTS include President, Operations Manager, Division Manager, Eastern Operations, Executive V.P., Eastern Operations, and Director, New Ventures Group. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lowell. He is a member of the American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL), Institute of Environmental Sciences, and Vistage International, an organization of CEOs.
