Bill Schoneman

Mr. Schoneman is currently Director of Customer Service for the Engineering and Evaluation laboratories of NTS. He manages NTS customer service agents, acting as the customer advocate, for all NTS laboratories throughout the United States. Additionally, Bill is a Director of NTS/XXCAL Japan which is the NTS software test arm for Asian countries. Prior to joining the company with the addition of XXCAL Testing Laboratories to NTS, Mr. Shoneman was the Manager of Planning and Controls for Xerox Computer Services where he was responsible for the firm's national operations budget, network planning, hardware, acquisitions and sales. Earlier in his career as the Operations Manager for Continental Airlines, he directed computer operations, flight planning and reservations systems. Mr. Schoneman has also served as Vice President of Computer Services at Telecredit, a check authorization center that services major credit institutions nationwide. A graduate of Redlands University, Mr. Schoneman has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is also a past President of ASTE (The Association of Software Test and Evaluation).
