Richard D. Short

Mr. Short has been actively involved in numerous aspects of the Aerospace and Defense Industry since 1961. He has served NTS in capacities ranging from Facility Manager through Member of the Board of Directors. Recognized as an industry expert in the area of Environmental Test, Mr. Short has participated on numerous industry related panels, committees, initiatives and executive boards. He is a California Registered Professional Engineer. Current affiliations include the Aerospace Industries Association, the National Defense Industries Association, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the Institute of Environmental Science and Technology, and the California Space Authority.
