1. Rate posted is for single occupancy. $5.00 for second person. Deluxe rooms are $59.00 and Work Zone rooms are $62.00. See attached sheet for details.

2. Ramada Inn has remodeled their entire property. They offer a Business Class room for only $59.00. All rooms include free evening cocktail at their in-house bar and free breakfast buffet in their dining room. Ramada is conveniently located near many restaurants. See attached letter for amenities offered.

3. Located in Downtown Lynchburg's Historic District, the Holiday Inn recently underwent a complete renovation. Complimentary continental breakfast, 10% off dinner coupons, and shuttle service. See attached sheet for amenities offered.

4. Best Western offers a deluxe Continental breakfast. They also offer 55 channels of cable TV, two phones and a modem jack in each room, as well as in-room coffee makers and clock radios. Room refrigerators are available upon request at no cost.

5. Hampton Inn offers free Continental breakfast, free local calls, and cablevision/HBO. Coffee makers, irons and ironing boards, and hairdryers are included in each room. On weekends, when colleges have events going on, rates increase to as high as $110.00. Make sure you ask what the rates are when making your reservation so you aren't surprised by the bill.

6. The closest hotel to DTI, the Wingate's rooms are spacious and comfortable. King and queen-sized beds are $77.00 poolside and $82.00 for a mountain view, plus $10.00 for double occupancy. For Government employees, Òpool viewÓ rooms are $64.00. The Wingate also offers free breakfast, indoor pool and fitness center. See attached sheet for amenities offered.
