Gauge Calibration
NTS's calibration system meets the requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 10012-1, and MIL-STD-45662. Plus our measuring equipment is traceable to international measurement standards, or to national measurement standards that are consistent with the recommendations of the General Conference on Weights and Measures (GCWM) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
Gauges that are worn-out, damaged or cannot be readily calibrated can often times be made serviceable by performing simple repairs in-house prior to calibration. NTS provides free estimates for repairs and can also precision clean gauges to meet your specification or service requirements immediately after calibration. Calibration records and certifications are supplied to our customers free of charge for each calibrated item.
Overhaul & Repair Services
Many of our customers require additional technical support that only a full service provider like NTS has available. Overhaul and repair of components or assemblies can be performed by NTS prior to precision cleaning or we will clean the detail parts and assemble your hardware in our Class 10,000 cleanroom. Let NTS overhaul, repair, test, and precision clean your regulators, filter units, valves, pumps, gauges, control/purge panels or other equipment and return them to you ready to use.
