Contact NTS today to find out more! Acid CleaningAs part of our arsenal of services, NTS to provides a variety of acid cleaning services. We provide both the traditional method of pickling with solutions of nitric and hydrofluoric acids and citric acid treatments to restore corrosion resistance. Aqueous CleaningNTS also provides cleaning services with environmentally friendly solvents and Deionized (DI) water.The right combination of aqueous-based solvents, cleaning methods and drying processes can equal or surpass chlorinated solvents' effectiveness. Chloride RemovalOver the years, NTS has developed a custom process chloride removal. NTS has perfected methods in implementing the practices in the now prevalent standards for cleaning, descaling and passivation of stainless steel parts and systems. Pre-Cleaning ServicesNTS operates a FED-STD-209 Class 10,000 cleanroom capable of cleaning to 50 microns or better, and can evaluate particles to 5 microns.
