Calix Compatible

Overview

As a recognized Independent Testing Lab (ITL), NTS can also perform testing of your products for the Calix Compatible logo (data only). The Calix Compatible Solution Assurance Program is a multi-vendor interoperability and compatibility certification program designed to help service providers more easily ascertain the production viability of emerging solution sets incorporating disparate hardware and software elements. The Calix Compatible program certifies products throughout the telecom environment: Service Creation; Service Management; Service Delivery Network; and Customer Premises.

Testing Process

The Calix Compatible program was developed and originally managed by Calix in order to guarantee the compatibility of third-party products with Calix equipment. The overall set of test procedures (currently) cover the following milestones:

• Straight Gauge Rate/Reach 0-18kft @ 26AWG
• TR-067
• Service Type Table
• Stability Test
• Throughput Test
