Complete Body & Vehicle Armor Testing

NTS provides a complete solution for both body and vehicle armor testing. We offer multiple indoor and outdoor range testing facilities with state of the art data acquisition, flash x-ray and high speed digital recording. Virtually any threat can be evaluated per customer requirement.

Testing services can be tailored for any test scenario; First Article Testing (FAT), Lot Acceptance Testing (LAT), Internal Research and Development (IR&D), Qualification Testing, and Research and Development. In addition to body and vehicle armor, testing is also conducted on reactive armor, ballistic glass, fuel cell/fuel tanks, CNG tanks, and ballistic structures.

NTS knows you can't wait months for your body armor or vehicle armor testing. Armor testing services can usually be initiated within one week of the complete initial request. Armor test data can be delivered in the required format within 24 hours of test completion. Our environmental test set ups, from temperature and humidity testing to vibration and shock testing, are co-located with our ballistic testing services, ensuring expedient and efficiently run programs.
