NTS has years of experience performing testing, certification and compliance with the latest in wireless technologies. From Bluetooth to Wireless USB to WiMedia to ZigBee to all of the various 802.11 standards (e.g., 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n), UltrawideBand (802.15) and WiMax (802.16) products, NTS offers a wide array of test services that not only provides you with expert quality assurance testing, but also priced in a way to get you the most "bang for your buck." NTS is also working on the latest networking technologies, such as 802.11pre-n (pre-certification), gigabit Wi-Fi, and other technologies to help you get your next-generation product released. We are one of the few labs currently providing Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) testing services to manufacturers of 802.11a devices and other wireless technologies that operate in the 5Ghz range. Our innovation teams are preparing to service the needs of our clients who are developing 802.16 Wireless Metropolitan Area Networks products and other upcoming technologies.

Wireless Interference Testing

Over the past few years, the 2.4GHz ISM Band has become increasingly crowded with various wireless technologies, as well as some every day home products that radiate into the same bandwidth. If your product works in this band, it might be a good idea to see how your product will function in real-world situations, as well as a worst-case scenario to measure the impact on your products performance. Testing will be performed with a variety of products that work in the 2.4GHz band, including 802.11x products, Bluetooth devices, cordless home phones, microwave oven, ZigBee and other technologies in the same range. We can also use a signal generator to blast white noise onto the channel to determine how well your product either handles the noise or switches to alternate channels for better performance. Better to find out now how your product performs rather than waiting until your customers call to complain to your customer service department.

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Testing

NTS has been working with manufacturers and designers of RFID equipment for well over 10 years to support the needs of our clients developing these products. We offer a full range of regulatory compliance services for RFID products, and we will be expanding our services to include RFID performance testing in the future.
